User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
I'd open firefox nightly with a synced account and tried to login somewhere with my saved data but there where no login data, I don't have this problem with with firefox-esr and my account.
Actual results:
When I want to fill a from which I saved them before, there is no username and password in my account, actually this link is 3 logins, I had more than 1000 saved logins and passwords:
about:logins?filter=
Expected results:
I should see the saved data in firefox nightly, like firefox-esr.
I did disconnect from sync section and login to my account, Everything being ok. That problem was so annoying, please add the ability to backup passwords in cloud storages or even offline.

Could you enable the debug logging and attach the result here when you load about:logins? Instructions are at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Toolkit:Password_Manager/Debugging

Can you explain more? What changes did you make in Nightly, and what does "ok" mean here? Did your logins show up again?

I can not recreate what has been happened.

Yes, I did nothing, I'd just open my nightly browser like every time.
It means that problem fixed automatically.
