"Bullet screen" just only show cut half word in Niconico

Steps to reproduce:
Hello,
I use Niconico to watch video. But it can not show full words. The follow is my step
- Open https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm1097445
- watch
- and it show problem
I try close all addons, reset firefox, change os settings to default. But not slove.
(However it show well on brave, edge, smartphone firefox preview)
And there is my device info.
OS: Win10 1803
Firefox version: 70.0b3（64 ）
Actual results:
This problem that I can not watch "Bullet screen"( Like scroll subtitles )
Expected results:
I make a picture to show how functional and bug.

Hello,
I have tried to reproduce this issue on 3 different versions of Firefox : Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-08), beta 70.0b4 and release 69.0, without any luck.
Even with window resize it does not crop the subtitles for me.
Also can you re-test while using a new profile? You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .
If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .
I will set a component for the bug as well but if you don't agree with it you can change it to one that's more appropriate.

I'm closing this as WORKSFORME, make sure to reopen if someone finds a way to repro. I watched a couple videos and it was all properly laid out.
