1578713 - FF forces user to re-create profile after auto update

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0

Steps to reproduce:

After every auto update, it relaunches firefox and tells the user to create a new profile and doesn't restore the previous profile that was already exisiting making the user have to re-sync FF again.

Actual results:

Forces user to re-sync with FF again

Expected results:

Should carry over old profile after update

Can you attach copies of compatibility.ini from the old and new profile folders when this happens?

It looks like the user needs to remove the entire installation and do a fresh install of FF as windows keeps an old version that doesn't get updated in programs and features. You can close this ticket.
