Steps to reproduce:

Go to any livestream on youtube (here is one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHW1oY26kxQ).

Actual results:

The live comments should load while the video shows a black screen and a loading sign on that black screen. Non-livestreams seem to work however.

Expected results:

After a slight delay the livestream should load giving you sound and video.

Please try with with all add-ons disabled in a fresh user profile. Please provide the "Network" output of the "Developer Tools".
