Identifying and prioritizing the most significant printing UX issues in Firefox are goals for both the Layout and Enterprise teams in H2 2019. We have many printing bugs, but no printing-focused Firefox user research to date. This request is for an initial study to help teams understand pains in the Firefox printing flow to inform understanding and prioritization of printing issues.
