Since some projects use bugzilla and others use Github, the bug numbers in the bug field in metrics.yaml are ambiguous. This will make it hard to build automated tools from this information in the future.

The schema already allows either a number or a URL.

I propose:

  • Change everything to use URLs (including in third-party apps, since this is such an easy change)
  • Restrict the schema to only allow URLs
