It seems Bugzilla dev is still using dylanwh as the account for the github integration. We should probably switch this away from his personal account.

ok so there is a user account on github.com called 'bugzilla-mozilla-org'
the production github auth is tied to that account
bugzilla-dev is tied to dylanwh account
so who owns bugzilla-mozilla-org
if we can get the login for that account, we can create another application specifically for bugzilla-dev as well
