User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

we use a website with an intergrated webrtc phone. the website has an SSL from letsencrypt. When a call is made through the webrtc phone the mic works fine until the phone call is hung up and another one is made. Then the mic dis appears causing the person to have to close the web browser and start over. I had to revert the esr of the version to an older version to get it to work again. We are now having to use 45.7.0 and that has no issues with the webrtc. I have also tried this on all current esr. even the one that just came out today the 69.0 esr the mic still disappears.

Actual results:

the use of a usb headset with a mic is functioning everywhere else except with firefox. the mic will drop from the brower but the system sound and mic will be fine.

Expected results:

The usb headset should have a continuous connection to the web browser once the webrtc phone establishes a connection.

If anyone could give me a suggestion as to how to dive deeper into this and post better results i am all ears. thanks for your help.

Hi Dreedy,

I understand that you downloaded the latest ESR version 60.9.0 and the issue persists. Could you provide us with a test page so we can try to reproduce it on our end?

In the meantime, I'll add a product and component so the corresponding dev team can jump in to take a look at this. Feel free to change it if you consider there is a more appropriate one.

Thanks for your report.
