Hi Bruce:
Thanks for submitting this bug to us.
I've tried to reproduce it on Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (64.bit - 2019-09-12) on Windows 10 and on Windows 7 but I wasn't able to trigger it.
Can you please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem and see if the issue still occurs there as well? If you also can, please double check the lastest Firefox version from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
If after doing this you can still reproduce the bug, could you send me a screenshot or a video of the bug? That always helps a lot.
Thanks!
Sebastian

Hi Bruce,
I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
Thanks!
Sebastian
