Details

I often have ≈10 minimized windows. When reopening Firefox, it starts up quite quickly, except that I have to wait perhaps 5 seconds as each window, one at a time, shows up onscreen and then slowly minimizes into the Dock. We should do what Mail.app does, starting the windows minimized in the first place, without the fireworks show.
