Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530 BuildID: 2002053012 As an example, if you have 2 tabs open already and you right-click->open in new tab from the 1st tab, it will open a 3rd tab. No problem there. The problem is when you close the 3rd tab, it then focuses on the 2nd tab. The 1st tab was the last active tab, and it should go there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Have two tabs open 2.Right click->Open in new tab from 1st tab 3.Close the newly opened 3rd tab Actual Results: Focus went to the 2nd tab. Expected Results: Focus should go to the 1st tab.

Bug 131037 is the wrong bug to dupe this to. Bug 131037 is about having a preference for tab closing behavior. This bug is requesting the old right ot left tab closing order be restored. NAICT, bug 127048 is a better bug to dupe this to. Bug 127048 never should have been duped to bug 105722, which is wanting a shift to the parent of the closed tab.
