Steps to reproduce:

-composed email using the command line with attachment

Actual results:

only empty mail without address, subject, body and attachment was created

Expected results:

mail with address, subject, body and attachment should have been created

win 64b, TB 32b, CZ

Will be fixed in TB 68.1.
