Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Expected results:
Firefox 70+ added separate categories to Enhanced Tracking Protection settings.
Notably, the categories lack "Social Media Trackers", which mean they are always blocked, even if "Tracking content" is disabled.
Potentially related bugs: bug 1575811 bug 1573577
However, this issue is still reproducible in Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-06) so I don't think I duplicated either of them.

"Social Media Trackers" just means that we have added additional lists to ETP and TP to complement their functionality. If you disable "Tracking Content" social media resources will not get blocked and if you disable "Cookies" (which also says cross-site and social media trackers) then social media cookies will not get blocked.
