Steps to reproduce:

upgraded to Win 10.

Thunderbird V. 06.9.0. LIGHTNING v. 6.2.9

Actual results:

Calendar will not accept proper event times. 12:30PM enters as 11:30PM. All attempts to enter proper time fail.

Expected results:

Time should have entered and been saved properly (as it always has in the past).

camoeller, has your problem been resolved by updating Thunderbird (with Lightning)?
