Steps to reproduce:

Install NoScript plugin, and Socks proxy plugin.

Actual results:

Neither plugins setting survive reboot. Socks proxy cannot be enabled by any means

Expected results:

Plugins settings should have survived reboot. Socks proxy (appearing in the menu) should have enabled by long or short-press.

We've not had any other reports about extension settings not persisting, so this is most likely caused by a local issue. Closing this as WORKSFORME but feel free to reopen this bug with more details and we will add it to triage.
