Steps to reproduce:
thunderbird.exe -compose "to=example@example.com,subject='Example Subject',body='Example Body',attachment='C:\Users\Karol\Desktop\attach.zip'"
If removed attachment section mail will be good composed.
thunderbird.exe -compose "to=example@example.com,subject='Example Subject',body='Example Body'"
Actual results:
Window mail compose is broken and fields are not fill what can see on 1.png; also look at dump from developer console https://i.imgur.com/363zEFJ.png
Expected results:
Before upgrading to version 68 composing emails from the command line was working.

Fixed in TB 68.1.
