Bug 1385039 shows that the NSPR tests don't work yet on taskcluster.
We need to identify why, fix bugs in NSPR, adjust the set of executed tests (potentially per platform), and then change NSS taskcluster to run them.

Bug 1579448 will soon land and enable a minimum set of NSPR tests that currently work across all platforms.
I'll attach a patch to enable the NSPR testing, as part of those separate NSPR test builds. I was motivated to get this done, prior to landing the fix for bug 1586070.
