Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020611 BuildID: 2002061104 About 50% of my downloads fail. I've noticed this since I upgraded to Mozilla 1.1 Alpha with it's download manager. Part of the way through a download, Mozilla will often stop responding (i.e. won't redraw any windows), and task manager indicates that it is using 50% CPU. Note: this is a dual CPU machine, so that means it's using 100% of one CPU. I don't know how to reproduce this consistently, unfortunately. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start a download 2. Carry on using the computer, but not necessarily Mozilla 3. Wait and see :(
I am using Mozilla 2002071308 and it WFM fine. Why dont you try the latest build. Just a thought. Regards
Hmmmm. Seeing as it's 17th July, perhaps I should wait until 1.1 Beta comes out, and then see if it still happens.
Reporter : is the bug still appearing ? If not, please close this bug. Thanks a lot.
As requested, I'm trying to close this bug as I can no longer reproduce it with the newer build.
