It does? I'll certainly handle Thunderbird and MailNews Core bugs. The developers set checkin-needed or I set it on their behalf so landing isn't forgotten. Could you send me a short URL for your query just out of interest. Historically, some M-C sheriffs at times also landed onto comm-central, but these days I organise it and - as you know - mostly land after your merges into M-C.
