The comment about file not being exposed remained in the file, we should get rid of it.

Noticed a couple more issues:
- A ton of unnecessary trailing space
- What looks like a duplicate string for
Signature Algorithm. It seems relatively easy to fix via code, I'll give it a try.
Summary: Remove localization comment from certviewer.ftl → Clean up certviewer.ftl
