Details

After upgrading from 0.9.9 to 1.0, it is not possible to expand or select any
tree-type menu item (such as expanding an option under the "edit/preferences" menu.

The same behavior happens when using mail/news - unable to espand newsgroup or
folder lists.
uninstall mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\Mozilla.org\Mozilla\ (but
save your plugins) and reinstall mozilla.
