Implement basic mochitest for specific resource blocking:
Test scenario:
- Open DevTools Toolbox and select the Network monitor panel
- Reload the page to get couple of requests
- Open the
Resource Blockingside panel - Create a rule that blocks one specific request in the list
- Reload the page and check that:
- proper request is blocked
- other requests are not blocked
