nsISSLSocketControl.serverRootCertIsBuiltInRoot was added in bug 1473736 (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/52ee9ddf50602cea9c21dd3855c376f62232a289) but nothing in mozilla-central uses it (maybe something at some point did, or maybe something outside of mozilla-central uses it). Can it be removed?

Seems like a question for Dragana.

Oh, I do not remember why I did not removed it. I think I wanted to use it for MITM detection, but I found a different way to detect MITM and I just forgot to remove it.
