I somehow got realaudio "ra" mime type or file type
associated with "download this file" instead of the
default "play with realplayer".  I cannot find how
to undo this association, if it is documented anywhere.
If in fact there is no documented way to undo the 
association, then that's a bug too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just once, refuse to allow realplayer to play a ra file
