Hi,

From a quick look, it seems like there is 1 extra pixel of fuzziness. The failures are seeing:

max difference: 128, number of differing pixels: 142

And the existing fuzziness definition in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/layout/reftests/svg/reftest.list#295 is:

fuzzy(0-128,0-141)

I'll update the test annotations in the morning to include one extra pixel of fuzziness.
