Details
Most uses of MessageChannel.jsm will be replaced by the design in bug 1577498, but some parts will still need to remain for process-level messaging, until bug 1580448 provides us ProcessActors as a replacement for process scripts.

Removal does not only consist of removing the file/usage, but also cleaning up previously added exception allowlisting such as https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/0f3e259c24e52932387318ac503bfad3c82baa44/browser/components/extensions/test/browser/head.js#44-47
