Scrolling with my mouse wheel on this page is much smoother (and faster) in Chrome than in Nightly:
It's Nightly on Windows 10 on an external 4k monitor (DisplayPort) running on an Intel GPU with WebRender on. about:support attached.

It seems similarly janky not connected to an external monitor, FWIW.

This would benefit a lot from optimizing out empty blob tiles, we'd still have a lot of overdraw from how the map is rendered in several passes.
