Bug 1550146 made mach build Do All The Things for GeckoView. But mach install is still Fennec-centric (and indeed, implemented in Make!), even though Bug 1521996 paved the way to separate the implementation.

In practice this ticket might make mach install do mach android install-geckoview_example, although that duplicates some build bits at this time.
