This issue is reproducible on all versions of Firefox and os-es.

Steps :

1. Launch any version of firefox and reach the addons section : Hamburger menu > Add-ons or Ctrl+Shift+A
2. Reach the recommended Extensions section
3. Tap the "+Add to Firefox" button several times

Actual result :
The addon button can be pressed infinitely. The permission prompt will appear for as many times as the "+Add to Firefox" button was pressed even if it has been installed on the first try.

Expected result:
The "+Add to Firefox" should be grayed out once it was pressed.
