Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020628 BuildID: 2002062808 I have "address completion" turned on in mail prefs, and have an LDAP server selected in addition to my local address book. When entering an email address, I frequently type enough of the address to get a unique match, then hit enter, then start the next address. What happens is Mozilla will accept the ENTER and begin the lookup on the address. However, the next keystokes (the beginning of the second address) get buffered. When Mozilla completes the address, the buffered keystrokes are added to the CURRENT address line at the end, THEN the next field is given focus. Reproducible: Always (but I'm a fast typist) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up "address completion" in Mailnews. 2. Compose new message. Type a partial address guaranteed to be unique in the address book. 3. Quickly hit RETURN and some other characters Actual Results: The address is completed, the additional characters are appended to the current address, then the next address field is given focus. Expected Results: The current address should complete, then the next field should receive input focus, then the additional characters are entered into the new address field.
