Steps to reproduce:

Remove all but one search engine

Actual results:

URLbar entries display "This time search with:"

Expected results:

One-time search options should not be displayed when there is only one One-Click Search Engine. Alternatively (and preferably), add an option to hide One-Click Search Engines from the URLbar dropdown.
