User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/74.0.3729.131 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Right-click on link or empty space on webpage. Try with Shift+F10 or Menu button.

Actual results:

On right-click context menu do nothing, context menu is not appeared. If try to predd Shift+F10 or Menu button on keyboard then context menu is not appeared but there is error in console:

This behavour is same in safe mode. There is no this bug on 68.0.2.
