Steps to reproduce:

When I type something in the url bar, I've got something about search engines but I didn't have any search engines selected.

Hi,
I didn't managed to reproduce this issue on Win 10 and Mac OS 10.14. I tried on Firefox Release 69, Firefox Beta 70, Nightly 71. I attached a screenshot with the result.
Can you please retest this using the latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results ? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8).

It makes sense you didn't succeed to reproduce because the latest nightly doesn't have this bug anymore.
