1581976 - Update Default Assignee for Legal Bugs

Please update the default person assigned to legal bugs and the cc list.

Here is a Google Doc showing who the assignee and cc should be for each kind of legal bug:

This is Jeannie on the legal team. Thanks so much for making these changes! We noticed when an NDA bug was filed today, that I was not cc'd and Michael Feldman was assigned on the bug.

Could you update this to:

Hi Jeannie, I just double checked to confirm that you are the default assignee on new bugs created in Legal::NDA & that Jeff + Michael will be cc'd.

I suspect that someone might have misfiled a bug in the wrong component and then the bug was moved to the NDA component. I do not believe Bugzilla will update the default assignee or cc list if a bug is moved from one component to another - this only happens if the bug is originally created in the correct component.

For example someone might have filed the bug in the Legal::General component, where Michael is the default assignee and then it was moved to the NDA component.

Can you check if this was the case? If not I will investigate further. Sorry for the confusion.
