The days param isn't used by the client, so let's update the in-tree docs (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/1d0e84d2ec2843924bc6e5ed6658f93439e12351/testing/condprofile/README.rst#90) to reflect that, and other install/setup-doc changes.
