Recent failures in bug 1411358 (linux) and bug 1523098 (windows).
This seems to be related to bug 1580606, which increased the test timeouts for antitracking tests on ccov. For instance, browser_blockingCookies.js now runs to completion in 5 to 10 minutes on ccov platforms.

Increase max-run-time for linux and windows ccov browser-chrome tasks to avoid
frequent task timeouts. (linux platform name was incorrect in existing configuration).
I would prefer to see shorter max-run-time but there may be no alternative for
these tasks.
