rel=fontdef is used by Navigator 4.x to point to Portable Font Resource (.pfr)
file that contains dynamic fonts. Mozilla doesn't use PFR files, and they're
non-human-readable binaries, so giving end-users a link to them (in the "More"
menu) is not useful. I think "fontdef" should be "hidden" from the Site
Navigation Bar the same way the "stylesheet" and "icon" relationships are.
