User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

On a Microsoft Windows 2012 Server publish Firefox 68.0.2 as RemoteApp.
Open a web page with the following link:
<a href="my-webdav://myside.com/myfile.odt">link</a>
Click on the link and choose an app for the my-webdav protocol.

Actual results:

The choosen app didn't start.

Expected results:

The choosen app starts. It worked in Firefox 68.0.1.

Aaron, I don't really know much about this environment but it sounds like bug 1567614 may have caused this?

That's hard to say. It could possibly also be related to the launcher process in general.

Confirmed this issue on 4 Windows 2016 Terminal Server environments in Firefox ESR 68.3.0 as well. Had to roll back to ESR 68.1.0 in order to get the autolaunch of Adobe/Excel to function. Had to edit the mozilla.cfg file in order for it to not automatically update to ESR 68.3.0 upon install.
