upgraded to 61
Actual results:
lost the header that shows the return address

Upgraded to what? Version 61 is an expired beta version.
Which header is "return address", you mean "Reply-To"? I've just tried it. The "Reply-To" header is displayed, if it's different from the From:
It's the same in TB 60.x, so what's the issue?

So you mean 68.1.0. There is no 68.0.1.
I also just checked a few emails and see a "Reply-To:" in a few of my emails, otherwise I reply to the "From:" address.
I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/68.1.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS Linux.
