Hiro, as you added this test in bug 1560237 -- any idea how it could be affected by bug 1580538, a strictly UI only change?

No idea at all. And unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the failure locally now. Given that the failure happens only on Linux WebRender, I am totally fine with disabling the test on the platform and filing a new bug to re-enable the test on the platform so that I can deeply look at the failure later. Anyways, I don't think the browser change is the culprit of the failure, it probably unwallpapered flakiness of the test itself or a pre-existing platform issue. (btw, I am excited about dropping the code relying on underflow/overflow events, awesome!)
