15830 - Cold Fusion not supported -or- Windows NT authentication causing other errors?

Error: When I open this site, namely http://bizinet.webway.com/, i was first
expecting an authentication window (which did not come up, but i noticed that
was a known bug), and then expecting a "you are unauthorized to view this page"
error screen. I recieved none of these...The only thing I saw was a pop-up
window:
title: "Unknown File Type"
Description: "You have started to download a type of file"
buttons: "more info..." "pick app..." "save file..." "cancel"

more info brings me to the netscape page where netscape tells me that it doesn't
have a plugin for that type of file...

pick app pops up another window:
title: "Unknown File Type"
description: "brief title
some sample text goes here"
edit box:"user name:"
button: a balloon with an "i" in it

clicking the "i" button does nothing...putting my username in the editbox pops a
window asking "do you want to save your username and password for this page?
[yes] [no]" click yes and it pops you back to the "brief title window", click no
and it does the same thing.
------
save file... does nothing...
------
cancel closes the window and returns to the browser
------

i just targetted an unsecure .cfm file, and the cold fusion support seems to
work so i guess the only problem is with windows NT server/ netscape enterprise
server 3.5.1
