- You are signed with a valid FxA that has a custom avatar set.
- Heave the Dark Theme set.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the latest Nightly browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Navigate to "about:logins" page.
- Observe the FxA avatar.
[Expected results]:
- The custom avatar is correctly displayed.
[Actual results]:
- The custom avatar looks cut off.
[Notes]:
- The issue is not very visible on the white mod, only the bottom part of the avatar looks a bit cut off.
- The issue is not visible on a default avatar.
- Attached a screen recording with the issue.

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 71.0a1 (Build ID: 20191013213650) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, Ubuntu 16 x64.
- The custom avatar is correctly displayed on dark mode.
