Compare http://servo-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/?list-type=2 against http://servo-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/?list-type=2&prefix=nightly/uwp. As far as I can tell there is no significant difference in the actual page contents (view-source:http://servo-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/?list-type=2 vs. view-source:http://servo-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/?list-type=2&prefix=nightly/uwp), but one chooses to show the XML document tree, and the other shows only the text content.

I do get XML formatting when I do a hard refresh on the second url (with prefix parameter). A normal refresh then results in the text view.
Windows 10
72.0.1 (64-bit)
I also tried at work (Debian 9, 'same' Firefox) and I thought I didn't get any XML formatting there. I should check again tomorrow.

I now see the same XML formatting when visiting both links.
Ah, my bad. I should of course have tested on an empty profile.
In my situation it was caused by the (deprecated) Keepass Http connector extension.
