when I open the thunderbird a window appears in the upper left that I can't remove

Sounds familiar. What happens if you do Help > restart with addons disabled ?
already restart the add-ons and continue the problem
restart the complements and as you want the window still appears, can you help me?

Hmm, something got lost in translation here. We wanted you to restart with the add-ons disabled (Reiniciar con los complementos deshabilitados).
Anyway, the next step would be to check that the window really belongs to Thunderbird. You can use Microsoft's/Sysinternal's "Process Explorer".
The window looks like an empty notification, but TB displays the notifications at the bottom. There's an add-on that will display them at the top called "Mailbox Alert", but I guess you don't use that.
Otherwise we can't help you. Does this just affect your PC or more? Can you try on a new profile, start Thunderbird with -p to create one.

You can modify the shortcut that launches Thunderbird and add the -p.

Hola: saludos desde Cataluña ;-) - Entonces, al deshabilitar los complementos la ventana indeseada desaparece, pero vuelve cuando se habilitan los complementos otra vez? En este caso se tienen que deshabilitar todos los complementos en el administrador de complementos y luego se habilitan individualmente hasta que se encuentre el causante.
esta es la versión del exquilla que tengo, tengo la licencia activa hasta el año 2020, ya reincie el thunbird con el complemento y sigue apareciendo la venta en la parte superior izquierda

ok el único complemento que tengo es el de exquilla y es el que necesito porque el servidor de correos es exhange, compre la licencia, adjunto la versión del exquilla que tengo

Which is a regression caused by bug 1497544. The specific regression in question was Magnus removing a try/catch that existed before and Magnus considered useless. The try/catch was needed and that caused this whole problem.

I don't think there have been other reports in this regard, so might I suspect that the broken previews were due to them getting stored/fetched wrongly by Owl/Exquilla?
I don't agree code should try-catch all the time just to catch bugs elsewhere. You should fix the root of the problem and try/catch only when really needed.
