Details
Recently, the HAR Export netmonitor DAMP test started to oscillate between 2 values.
:ochameau suggests we might have an async task which sometimes runs before the open marker, sometimes after.
Analyzing profiles should help understanding the issue.

Looking at the dashboard, it seems that the overall noise level of the netmonitor tests really increased around Sept 9 or 10. Might be more than just HAR export
