Other Requests

The data science team would like a new field for bugs filed in their product.

The field would be for the (non-data science) product area associated with the request and could include: FXA, desktop, platform, privacy, security, search, and other areas.

This would be associated with the Data Science product and potentially a mandatory field.

We can implement this with a custom field.

:jmok, can you provide the details for the new field:

• Values
• If it should be restricted to the Data Science product (I assume yes)
• What name it should appear as in the new bug and show bug pages
• Is it a required field when filing a new bug in the Data Science product
