(Whiteboard: [passwords:generation] [skyline])

[Environment:]

Windows 10 Pro
Firefox 70.0b9 20190923154733
Firefox 71.0a1 20190924094348

[Preconditions:]

Have a master password set.
Have the browser closed.

[Steps:]
  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Open any login form. (it doesn't contain any logins)
  3. If the login password form is not new-password, using the Dev.Tools (F12) inspect the password field, edit it adding or changing autocomplete ="new-password" and focus away.
  4. Select the password field, select the autocomplete element that contains the "use securely generated password".
  5. On the master password dialog, input the valid master password.
  6. Click on the door-hanger blue key that notifies the password successfully saved.
  7. Click in the password field (login form) and edit the generated password, then focus away.
  8. Click again on the door-hanger blue key that notifies the password successfully saved.
[Actual Result:]
  1. The door-hanger shows password masked without the show password dialog.
  2. The door-hanger shows password masked without the show password dialog.
[Expected Result:]

The door-hanger should have the show password checkbox for this case.

This is intentional behaviour for master password. That checkbox should never show when one is set.
