Details
While triaging bug 1580113, we decided to close that because there is not enough information to diagnose it. But we do occasionally receive reports of unexpected loss of add-ons (I see them more often that I like on Reddit, and Reese has also reported the loss of an important add-on).
We should audit our code, and try to ensure that it is unlikely for add-ons to be removed.
