:tarek - Android condprof has been perma-fail since Sept 18; are you aware? Is there a bug/plan to fix?

it's a known issue, Andrew is working on bitbar and needed to downgrade the Python 3 version, in the interim I asked sherrifs to set it as 'known failure" - once Andrew rolls back a python 3.6+ we should be back to green

I have a fix for minidump_stackwalk that's ready to land (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1503785) and then I just need to get perf-sheriffs to approve the new 18.04 image that I've been testing (https://github.com/bclary/mozilla-bitbar-devicepool/pull/59)... and then the job should be fixed.
The minidump_stackwalk change is ready to land. Hopefully I'll be able to get perf-sheriff approval next week.
