Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Steps to reproduce:
I sent a message (FROM: my default account) TO: my default account and another recipient (who is on another host, but that shouldn't matter). When the message arrived in my Inbox, I viewed it (either in its own pop-up window, or below the message summary pane).
Actual results:
The message shows:
From: John Doe
To: John Doe, Joe <Joe@sample.com>
There is a "Reply" button, but no "Reply All" button, to the right of that header.
(There is a "Reply to All" under "Message" in the top menu.)
If I click on the "Reply" button, a compose window appears, with a single recipient (me), as Reply should do.
If I click on "Reply to All" under "Message", a compose window appears with two recipients as expected.
If I receive a message from me, to me and 2 other recipients, then when I view that message, the "Reply All" button is there.
I tested this in the current release 68.1.0 (no add-ons) and 60.5.0, and got the same result. I did not test the other order of recipients. I did test FROM: 2nd identity, TO: 2nd identity + another recipient, and got the same result (no "Reply All" button). I did not test sending to my two identities from either. I did not test a message sent from another person, to me and that other person.
Expected results:
I expect the "Reply All" button to appear in the message pane if there could be two (or more) recipients in the reply. It did not in this particular case.

That second button is the "Smart reply" button which changes depending in the message. Here it was too smart and detected a so-called "reply to self" and assumed that you didn't want to send the message to yourself. I don't think this is our top priority to fix.

Reporter, do you see this issue when using version 78?

In 78.7.0, the issue remains the same. There is no reply-all button.

Mabry,
Do you still see this in version 115?
